Workshop Topic – Experiential Coaching

Experiential Coaching

Coaching is the ongoing process of building partnerships aimed at continuous improvement. It is a two-way communication process between members of the organization (e.g. leaders and team members, peer-to-peer), and is designed to develop and enhance hard and soft skills, motivation, attitude, judgment, and the ability to perform and contribute to an organization's strategic objectives.

This workshop will allow participants to understand the framework for coaching, the process and the skills required. Participants will have the opportunity to practice the skills, and to coach and be coached. Upon completion of the workshop, participants will have had a thorough introduction to the coaching process, and will be able to make an informed decision as to whether and how to develop their coaching skills further.
